Hannes Hendriks

Hannes is the Chairperson of the RCC Board and is the Community Association Manager at Pecanwood Golf Estate having worked in the Residential Community Management field for 13 years. He served as Estate Manager at Serengeti Golf and Wildlife Estate in Kempton Park and CEO at Blue Valley Estate in Centurion. His area of expertise is Strategy, Technology, Business Processes, Risk Management and Mentoring and his qualifications include a B Mil degree (Commercial Science) from the University of Stellenbosch. His Professional designations includes an CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) obtained through the Community Association Institute (CAI).

Liezl Clause

Liezl represents the Eastern Cape regions on the RCC Board and is currently the Operations Manager at St Francis Links, having worked in the Community Management field for 28 years.  Her specific area of expertise is in communications, building control and governance.    

Andre Coleske

Andre represents the Mpumalanga and Limpopo regions on the RCC Board and is currently General Manager at White River Country Estate, having worked in the Community Management field for 21 years. His specific area of expertise is in organisational development, Corporate Governance and HOA law, and his qualifications includes a bachelor’s degree in Administration. His Professional designations includes the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA)and Association Management Specialist (AMS) obtained through the Community Association Institute (CAI).

Jeff Gilmour

Jeff represents the Association of Residential Communities (ARC) on the RCC Board and currently serves the RCC as the Management Company. He has worked in the Residential Community Industry for close to 20 years having established ARC in 2008.  His areas of expertise include Community stakeholder engagement, HOA Governance, Community Association leadership, and public speaking. His qualifications include a National diploma in Marketing and various certificates in sales and marketing, presentation skills and course curriculum design, as well as the development of National standards. 

Boet Grobler

Boet represents the Southern Cape and has worked in the Community Management Industry for 15 years having served as Estate and General Manager at Cedar Lakes Homeowners Association in Fourways, De Zalze Winelands Golf Estate in Stellenbosch, Victoria Country Club Estate in Pietermaritzburg and now Brackenridge. His specific area of expertise is Community, Operations, Risk, Security and Occupational Health and Safety Management, and his qualifications include a National Diploma in Safety Management and various Internationally accredited qualifications through the Community Association Institute (CAI). His Professional designations includes the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) obtained through the Community Association Institute (CAI).

Denise Sharp

Denise represents the Community Association Institute of SA (CAISA) on the RCC Board and has worked in the Community Management field for 12 years. Her specific area of expertise is in HOA support, and Education, Training, and Development. Her Professional designations includes the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), obtained through the Community Association Institute (CAI). She was the first, and currently only 1 of 3 woman to achieve the PCAM designation in South Africa.

Stephan Vorster

Stephan represents the Gauteng South and East region on the RCC Board and is currently the CEO at Ebotse Golf & Country Estate in Benoni, having worked in the Community Management field for 15 years. He is serving as Deputy Chairperson of the RCC. His specific area of expertise is strategic operational management for estates with various business departments and overseeing security operations for large scale residential estates and his qualifications include postgraduate studies in higher education. His Professional designations includes the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) obtained through the Community Association Institute (CAI)

David Weyers

David is a co-opted Director and is the current Business Development Manager at Servest. His previous role was as General Manager at the Dainfern Golf Estate and had worked in the Community Management field for 11 years. David served on the Board of Future City Fourways, the sector 3 Community Policing forum in Douglasdale and the Broadacres Drive Association. His Professional designations includes the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) obtained through the Community Association Institute (CAI)

Chris Weston

Chris represents the Western Cape region on the RCC Board and has worked in the Community Management Industry for many years serving as Estate Manager at Avignon Homeowners Association, Hout Bay. His specific areas of expertise are Community, Operations and Compliance. With special attention on staff training and development, he honed his skills in his 20 years in the Hospitality Industry

Peet De Wet

Peet, who with Chris, represents the Western Cape region on the RCC Board and has worked in the Community Management Industry for 14 years currently serving as CEO at de Zalze Winelands Golf Estate Homeowners Association. His specific areas of expertise are Hospitality, Community and Golf Estate management and has the following qualifications B.SOC.SC (UOFS) and CCM

Glen Barbour

Glen is a director, representing the Gauteng North region. And is the current General Manager at Helderfontein Residential Estate in Fourways, Johannesburg (JHB). He has served as General Manager at Dainfern Ridge Homeowners Association in Fourways (JHB) and Thorn Valley Estate Homeowners Association in Greenstone (JHB). His areas of expertise include Diplomacy, Operations, Security, Financial and Occupational Health. His qualifications include a Certificate in Homeowners Association Management, through the Paddocks Institution.

Jon Dreyer

Jon Dreyer is a director, representing the KZN and Free region. He has worked in the Residential community for 12.5 years, having worked at MECCEMA 2, a portfolio Manager at a Management Agency and as the Estate Manager at Kindlewood, before his current post as Estate Manager at Brettenwood Coastal Estate. His areas of expertise include administration and statutory compliance. His qualifications include a diploma in Administration and a BPROC degree.

His Professional designations includes an CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) obtained through the Community Association Institute (CAI), and the Homeowners Association through Paddocks.

Marius Els

Marius is a director, representing the Gauteng North and Pretoria region. Marius is the current estate manager at Midstream Estate in Midstream, Olifantsfontein. He has served as estate manager at Midstream for 4 years His expertise includes project management & procurement, club & facilities management, security system management, client relationships and compliance. His qualifications include BCom HR management
